My interest in photography began with my wanting to create beautiful photographs of my children. I've been shooting seriously (as seriously as one can as the stay-at-home mother of 2 little ones) for the last 5 years. I relish the experience of photographing children as they go about their daily activities. I find the results infinitely more interesting than any "staged" photograph could ever be.I took the leap into digital photography in January 2004 and have been amazed at the opportunities for growth and learning the digital medium provides. I live with my husband and two children in Franklin, Tennessee.
